By accessing or using the TruckFinancing.AI platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
TruckFinancing.AI is a lead generation and AI-assisted matching platform that connects prospective commercial truck and trailer borrowers ("Applicants") with licensed lenders ("Lenders"). We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not guarantee financing or any specific rate, term, or approval.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to form binding contracts to use the Service. By submitting information you represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting a pre-qualification or application authorizes TruckFinancing.AI and its participating Lenders to retrieve and review information that may include credit reports. Pre-qualification is provided for estimation only and is not an offer of credit or a guarantee of approval. A Lender may request additional documentation and may perform a hard credit inquiry as part of its underwriting.
Any financing offer, rate, term, or decision is made solely by the participating Lender, not by TruckFinancing.AI. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a Lender and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of any Lender or other third party.
We use AI matching to surface Lenders likely to approve your profile, but we do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, that any offer will be favorable, or that a matched Lender will extend credit.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Service you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, branding, software, and materials on the Service, including the Maya AI name and logo, are the property of TruckFinancing.AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute such materials without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting false or misleading information, attempting to access data not intended for you, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruckFinancing.AI disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
